Where is the wedding taking place?
We're getting married at the beautiful Traders Point Creamery in Zionsville, Indiana, just outside of Indianapolis! It's a gorgeous working farm with a wonderful farm-to-table atmosphere, and we can't wait to celebrate with everyone!
Is there a hotel block available?
Yes! We've arranged a room block at the Fairfield by Marriott Indianapolis/Carmel for Friday, May 28th, Saturday, May 29th, and Sunday, May 30th.
Our discounted room block will be available until April 28, 2027, so please be sure to make your reservations before then!
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire! We encourage everyone to dress up a little while still feeling comfortable and ready to celebrate. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dress shirts with slacks. No black tie necessary!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
A little bit of both! Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the beautiful garden, followed by cocktail hour on the deck and a reception inside the barn. We recommend choosing shoes that will be comfortable on grass and around the farm.
Is there a welcome party on Friday?
Yes! The Teeters have graciously offered to host a casual backyard welcome party at their home on Friday evening. It's a chance for everyone to get together, relax, and kick off the wedding weekend before the big day!
Please see the Events section for additional details.
Are we going to the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday?
Yes! We're planning a group outing to the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 30th, and we'd love for you to join us!
When you RSVP, you'll have the option to let us know if you'd like to attend. If you select yes, we'll coordinate purchasing your ticket and arranging transportation for the group, making the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
Tickets typically range from $100–$150 per person, although final pricing may vary depending on availability and the size of our group. Larry will coordinate ticket purchases, and guests can simply reimburse him for the cost of their tickets.
Our goal is to have everyone seated as close together as possible so we can enjoy this iconic Indianapolis tradition as a group!
Do I need to purchase my own Indy 500 ticket?
No need! If you indicate on your RSVP that you'd like to attend, we'll take care of coordinating the ticket purchases. You'll simply reimburse Larry for your ticket once the final price has been confirmed.
Will transportation be provided to the Indy 500?
We're planning to coordinate group transportation for those attending the race. Additional details, including departure times and transportation arrangements, will be shared as we get closer to the wedding weekend.
